The Mid-America Council’s Annual Citizen of the Year event began over fifty years ago. Community leaders are recognized with honor for outstanding accomplishments and support of youth organizations.
In 2020, the Citizen of the Year award was renamed The Walter Scott, Jr. Citizen of the Year Award in recognition of the extraordinary support shown by Walter Scott, Jr.

No printed tickets or eTix will be issued; Table Assignments will be emailed to your sponsor-captain May 31st, posted here on this eFlyer and Scouts will also have the master name/table list June 3rd at check-in on-site. Find our Scout check-in table adjacent to the FNBO lobby near the stairway and elevators. Please tell us your name and your assigned table will be shared with you. Please mingle in the FNBO Lobby until the Scott Hall opens at 6 pm. Thank You!

DRESS CODE
Please wear Country Club attire; jacket, collared shirt, tie, slacks, blouse, dress pants, dresses and dress shoes.

5 pm Parking Opens for $5 per vehicle at the Omaha Parking Garage. Enter at 12th & Capitol (north) or 12th & Dodge (south).

Attendants will direct you to the Walter Scott, Jr. Citizen of the Year reception hosted on the 2nd level ("O" for Orchestra) of the Southeast End of The Holland. 
The social in the FNBO Lobby is from 5:30 - 6 pm and the reception in Scott Hall will be open from 6 - 7 pm.
